Parsnip Soup

400g parsnip
2 onion
1 clove garlic
2T oil
salt
pepper
1 litre broth
100 ml cream (Oatley cream)

  • Fry onions and garlic
  • Add chopped parsnip
  • Fry until soft
  • Add cream, salt and black pepper
  • Blend and serve
