Pea Soup

~400g frozen peas
3 carrots
1/4 of a small onion
2 potatoes (cubed)
pepper
2 cubes vegetable stock
2 T tomato paste
1 packet of Tofurky hickory smoked, cut into cubes
Olive oil

Fry the potato, onion and Tofurky in oil, add peas, then add boiling water and vegetable stock, add the rest and cook for 10 min.
