Müsli mix / overnight oats

4C oats
2C protein powder mix (2/5 pea, 2/5 rice, 1/5 hemp)
1C almonds
1/2C sesame seeds
Dried fruit (or fresh fruit in your bowl)
Optional: cinnamon, hemp seeds, 

Put all in a large tupperware and shake. Store in the cupboard.

A few variations...
  • Quick: dish some out, add milk, enjoy :-)
  • Overnight oats: dish some out, add milk, put in fridge overnight
  • Oatmeal: put some in a pot, add water and cinnamon, bring to a boil until it is the preferred consistency. Add maple syrup
Note: 60 g protein in the following version: 80g oats, 3T soy flakes, 1T hemp seeds, 2T almonds, 2T protein powder mix, 200ml high protein soy milk
